Classes

Gentle Flow
Slow, spacious, and soothing. Great for beginners or those returning to practice.
Monday, 6:00–7:00 pm
Vinyasa
Steady, strength-building sequences with options for all levels.
Wednesday, 6:30–7:30 pm
Beginners
Foundations-focused, with simple cues and friendly pace.
Friday, 9:30–10:30 am
