Weekly Yoga Class

Tuesday, 7:00–8:15 pm · Mudeford Infants School

A friendly, mixed-level class that blends gentle flow, strength-building sequences, and breathwork. Each session is thoughtfully planned with plenty of adaptations and extensions, so you can work at a level that feels right for you — whether you're a complete beginner or returning to the mat.

Classes are breath-led, focusing on sustainable movement, mobility, and finding a calm, steady mind. You'll leave feeling relaxed, energised, and ready to face your week.
